New registration policy adjusted to the virtual conference format
Attendee Registration
All prospective conference attendees would need to register using the link below by August 29th.
Those who have done the authors registration should also register here. Please note that registrations without complete attendee information such as first and last names, email-id, and affiliation will be cancelled.
Registration for attendees is free of charge and includes the main conference, along with access to all recordings of talks, Q&A sessions, keynotes, discussions, workshops and tutorials*.
*Note that Xilinx, Intel, and Blockchain tutorial sessions have limited capacity and are scheduled in parallel, so choose only one among the three. Registration in parallel tutorials may result in cancellation from one or more tutorials at the discretion of the organizers. Use the Ticket Add-ons in the attendee registration link to pre-register for tutorials with limited capacity. Please register only if you are interested in participating in the hands-on session. The recorded lectures related to the tutorials will be available to everyone, even without pre-registration. You can check the schedule here.
Authors Registration
One author per accepted (long or short) paper is expected to register by June 15th.
Authors of PhD forum or Demo Night papers are NOT required to register.
The registration fee is 2200 SEK + 25% VAT (approximately 200 euros + VAT). The registration system also offers the option to purchase extra pages at the cost of 825 SEK + 25% VAT (approximately 75 euros + VAT).
